The academy is now almost finished, the bar, lounge and the Academy Suite (upstairs room) are about to be opened – the bar and lounge on Friday afternoon and we are welcoming all to our ‘low key opening’ – a drink and a few songs from a visiting singer, he’s a good lad and wanted to help.

We will be doing a range of drinks and some food – walking before we can run and letting us get some feedback before we decide on our final menu.  There will be sandwiches, pasta and some homemade cakes – I’ve been baking all day!!

We have a TV in the lounge and a surround sound music system – plus a few games and a dart board!  Wi-Fi is fitted.  A comfortable room!

The Suite is a great room and we plan to make it available for groups/teams and maybe private parties!  Furniture on the terrace and a large table with up to 20 seats inside!  Great for business and self contained.

I have been visited by a technician from Gasp Technical support from the UK.  We now have the latest and most up to date video soft ware for golf tuition!  Its great and we have refitted the swing analysis room!  The system has cost me over 3,000 euros to get it fitted!

Add to that info that I am now offering all swing lessons with total video and email support with the new system.  I am able to keep an eye on all my students!  They can send me up to date video and I am able to analysis it and make an e-lesson solution!  So, anyone coming to me will have 365 day support!

Can I add a big thanks to all member, Shareholders and visitors to Hacienda Del Alamo ‘gb’ academy @ Hacienda Del Alamo Golf Resort.  I am making the facility the best in the region and where it should be – the best in Spain!

I may have some news about new members of staff to the academy very soon and will keep you updated.

A big thanks to all the younger golf members who came to my junior coaching!  20 juniors who loved their time at the academy and looking forward to their return in October.  Missing you already kids!
